From bill payment, account inquiry and history reports, to account maintenance and service requests, Citisen Portal brings our office to you, online, in real-time. Citisen Portal is a convenient way to collect many types of payments online including business license, court, property tax, utility bills, and many other types of miscellaneous payments. Property Tax payments includes a robust search feature which allows residents to easily search by name, address, receipt, or parcel number. All information is live and up to date meaning there is no more waiting for files to load or having customers double pay because their records weren’t updated yet. The portal was designed for the best user experience, regardless of how our customers access the internet – either by smartphone or computer. Customers may pay with a debit or credit card or with an e-check. Customers may elect to setup an account with Citisen to make future access faster and easier or choose to pay as a guest for a one-time transaction.
